A copy of the Terms & Conditions will be sent to you immediately after your first or full payment is received for you to sign and send back. Both travel insurance and trip insurance are required — proof must be submitted no later than 30 days before departure.
Your payment reserves your spot on the Retreat and is non-refundable. Because the Retreat is limited to a small number of participants to ensure the highest quality experience, your participation precludes other potential attendees. Due to the extensive time, effort, and financial commitments involved in planning and delivering the Retreat, all sales are final and no refunds will be provided at any time.
Purchase of both comprehensive travel insurance and trip insurance is required as a condition of your participation. Proof of both policies must be submitted no later than 30 days before our November 13th departure.
US citizens do not need a visa for stays under 30 days in Thailand. Ensure your passport is valid at least 6 months beyond the retreat date.
